- Consumed credits are non-refundable
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Refunds are assessed case by case
- Fraud or abuse will result in refund denial

You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Each request is reviewed case by case, and coins you've already used aren't refundable.

To request one, email us at suporte@restauraai.com.br.
When the coin comes back on its own
If a restoration fails, the coin goes back to your balance automatically. That's part of how the product works, and it doesn't depend on a refund request.
