Questions
Pricing questions
How much does it cost to restore an old photo?
The first preview is free, with a watermark, and any purchase removes it. After that, each photo uses 1 coin, and a large print uses 2. The starter pack costs US$2.99; in bigger packs, a photo costs as little as US$0.55.
What is a coin?
It’s what you spend on each result: a restored photo uses 1 coin; a large print, 2. A document uses 1 and a Living Photo, 3.
What’s the difference between standard quality and a large print?
Standard quality (2K) uses 1 coin and comes out sharp for keeping, sharing, and printing up to 5×7 in. A large print (4K) uses 2 coins and goes up to 11×14 in. The exact size depends on the shape and size of the original photo. Any purchase unlocks large prints.
How much does it cost to restore an old document?
Each document uses 1 coin and comes out as an image. With very faded writing, check names, numbers and dates before you use the file.
Do coins expire?
Coins bought in packs don’t expire. On monthly plans, coins arrive every billing cycle.
Pack or monthly plan: which should I choose?
A pack is a one-time payment: use it whenever you like and nothing renews. A monthly plan delivers coins every month at a lower price per photo, and you can cancel it from your settings.
What if I don’t like the result?
You see the preview before buying. If the restoration fails, the coin goes back to your balance. Refund requests follow the Terms: within 30 days of purchase, reviewed case by case; coins already used are not refundable.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Debit or credit card.
Are prices in US dollars?
Yes, in US dollars (USD), charged to your card. If your card isn’t in dollars, your bank converts the amount.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Everything happens in your phone or computer browser: upload the photo, follow the restoration and download it without installing anything.
