The photo you send comes back to you alone.
Photo uploaded, photo restored, photo kept in your account alone. We don't train models on your image, we don't share it with anyone, and you can delete it whenever you want.

Your images — our commitment
Your photos are sacred to us. We treat every image with the same care we'd give a photo of our own grandmother.
- Processing: Your images are processed solely to provide the restoration service
- Storage in your account: Your images (originals and restored) are kept in your private gallery, behind a password
- Retention period: In an account with a purchase, the images in your gallery are kept until you delete them or close the account. In an account without a purchase, each image file is deleted 30 days after upload
- Deletion: You can delete your images at any time from the dashboard
- No training: We never use your images to train AI models
- No sharing: We never sell or share your images with third parties
- No watermark: Your restored images don't carry watermarks
Your rights (LGPD)
Under the LGPD, you have the following rights:
- Confirmation and access: Know whether we process your data and access it
- Correction: Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data
- Anonymization or deletion: Request the anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data

- Account data: Kept while your account is active
- Processed images: In an account with a purchase, until you delete them; in an account without a purchase, the file is deleted 30 days after upload
- Transaction records: Kept for 5 years (legal obligation)
- Security logs: Kept for 6 months
After your account is closed, your data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Minors
RestauraAI is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal data, please contact us.
